Fragrant oil extracted from the cinnamon tree's leaves is known as cinnamon leaf essential oil. Similar to its sister variety, cinnamon bark, it possesses many desirable characteristics. Cinnamon leaf essential oil purifies the air and has a warming effect on the body. In place of more expensive cassia and cinnamon bark, soap and personal care manufacturers can use cinnamon leaf essential oil. A few drops of cinnamon essential oil in a diffuser can create an atmosphere of soothing warmth and comfort. For the winter season, there is no better essential oil than this one. Use of products containing HBNO® Cinnamon Leaf Oil has been linked to a decrease in the visible effects of aging on the skin and hair. It has a distinctive fragrance and is quite effective in relieving tension and bringing about a state of calm and focused concentration. Before using Cinnamon essential oil topically, dilute it with a carrier oil like Argan or Jojoba oil. It has a wide range of applications including cosmetics (soaps, body washes, hair washes, creams, lotions, aromatherapy, diffusers, etc.), medicine, and more.

For Skin and Hair Use: Dilute 1% (1-3 drops) of Cinnamon essential oil per ounce of your favorite carrier oil.
